Your main responsibilities:
🔹 Intercompany Accounting
Track and process intercompany transactions and invoices;
Perform netting and matching of intercompany balances;
Execute intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesd;
Collaborate with internal entities across regions;
🔹 Fixed Assets Management
Record and maintain fixed asset entries in the system;
Manage fixed asset lifecycle (acquisition, depreciation, disposal);
Perform regular monitoring and reconciliation between asset register and GL accounts;
Handle stock fluctuations and asset-related adjustments (STR);
🔹 Accruals & Operational Costs (FNP)
Prepare and post accruals for: Vehicle fleet, Transport and logistics, Rent and service charges, Utilities (water, gas, electricity), Operational equipment (e.g., shelving);
Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly accruals;
Support variance analysis and cost tracking;
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field;
Proficient in French language;
2–5 years of experience in a General Ledger or similar role;
Strong understanding of: Intercompany accounting, Fixed assets accounting, Accruals;
Experience with SAP;
Good Excel skills.
