Your main responsibilities:

🔹 Intercompany Accounting

• Track and process intercompany transactions and invoices;

• Perform netting and matching of intercompany balances;

• Execute intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesd;

• Collaborate with internal entities across regions;

🔹 Fixed Assets Management

• Record and maintain fixed asset entries in the system;

• Manage fixed asset lifecycle (acquisition, depreciation, disposal);

• Perform regular monitoring and reconciliation between asset register and GL accounts;

• Handle stock fluctuations and asset-related adjustments (STR);

🔹 Accruals & Operational Costs (FNP)

• Prepare and post accruals for: Vehicle fleet, Transport and logistics, Rent and service charges, Utilities (water, gas, electricity), Operational equipment (e.g., shelving);

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly accruals;

• Support variance analysis and cost tracking;

 Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field;

• Proficient in French language;

• 2–5 years of experience in a General Ledger or similar role;

• Strong understanding of: Intercompany accounting, Fixed assets accounting, Accruals;

• Experience with SAP;

• Good Excel skills.
