Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2-year professional experience in similar activities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsing.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, on-site (Company Office, Calea Floreasca nr. 60, Sector 1, Bucuresti).
  • Teamwork - team results matter more than an individual agenda.
  • A positive attitude, with a spirit of initiative and an increased sense of responsibility.

Job Description

  • Ensure administrative activities in the Reception.
  • Timely processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Takeover, register, redirect and archive the Company correspondence.
  • Answer the reception phone and ensure the inside-outside connections.
  • Responsible for general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from supervisors.
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors and guests to the appropriate staff member.
  • Ensure protocol for meeting rooms.
  • Responsible with keeping track for monthly orders for office supplies & consumables.
  • Edit, write, or translate different documents/materials.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and booking travel arrangements for managers or admin team.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Support other departments.
  • Perform other specific secretarial & administrative activities.
