Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2-year professional experience in similar activities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsing.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, on-site (Company Office, Calea Floreasca nr. 60, Sector 1, Bucuresti).

Job Description
- Ensure administrative activities in the Reception.
- Timely processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Takeover, register, redirect and archive the Company correspondence.
- Answer the reception phone and ensure the inside-outside connections.
- Responsible for general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing
- Handle administrative requests and queries from supervisors.
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors and guests to the appropriate staff member.
- Ensure protocol for meeting rooms.
- Responsible with keeping track for monthly orders for office supplies & consumables.
- Edit, write, or translate different documents/materials.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and booking travel arrangements for managers or admin team.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support other departments.
- Perform other specific secretarial & administrative activities.
