What you will do:
As an FP&A & Business Performance Analyst, you will play an active role in supporting business performance through financial analysis, planning and decision support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports and executive dashboards
- Actively participating in the monthly financial reporting process to the EssilorLuxottica Group, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission
- Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
- Performing variance analysis and identifying business risks and opportunities
- Developing KPIs and business performance insights to support decision-making
- Conducting Real Estate performance analysis, including store profitability, occupancy cost analysis, lease performance and investment evaluations to support the retail network strategy
- Supporting CAPEX analysis and business cases for new stores, relocations, refurbishments and other strategic investments
- Automating reporting processes and improving data quality through digital tools and analytics
- Supporting the SAP implementation and Finance Transformation initiatives
- Partnering with Commercial, Retail Operations, Real Estate and other business functions to improve business performance and drive value creation.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Financial Analysis, Audit or Big4
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Power Query or AI tools
- Direct exposure to the CFO and Executive Management
- Active involvement in the monthly reporting process to the EssilorLuxottica Group
- Participation in strategic decision-making and business performance reviews
- Exposure to Real Estate performance analysis and retail investment decisions
- Participation in a large-scale SAP transformation program
