Main responsabilities:
Coordinate and supervise restaurant and bar operations
Manage teams and maintain a professional and motivating work environment
Monitor quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Control costs, stock levels, and inventories
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize profitability
Collaborate with operational departments to ensure an excellent guest experience
Train and evaluate subordinate staff.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry (5+ years)
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and cost control
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Conversational to advanced English language skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
