Position overview: This role plays a critical part in driving financial planning, coordinating budgeting processes, preparing IFRS-compliant reports, and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and control.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience in preparing and reviewing IFRS financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and financial management.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Advanced knowledge of SAP.
Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and group requirements.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
Coordinate relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes and systems, including SAP.
