The company is interested in meeting finance professionals who bring:
✅ 6–10 years of progressive experience in financial controllership, accounting, corporate finance, investment analysis, FP&A or treasury;
✅ strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls;
✅ experience with budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisal;
✅ a relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA, CPA or CFA, and/or a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
✅ fluent business English, both written and spoken;
✅ previous team coordination experience or clear readiness to step into a people-management role;
✅ a hands-on and adaptable working style, together with a genuine interest in an international career experience.
Previous exposure to agribusiness, manufacturing or emerging markets would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Job Description
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership and coordinating a small local finance team, the Finance Manager will play a key role in:
• ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS;
• strengthening financial controls, approval processes and finance procedures;
• evaluating and monitoring investments and capital expenditure projects;
• leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities;
• managing treasury, cash flow, working capital and foreign-exchange exposure;
• coordinating statutory, tax and internal audits;
• overseeing local financial and regulatory compliance;
• developing and supporting the local finance team.
