Financial Management and P&L Reporting: Lead budget planning, forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) management, and the closing process.

Management and Partnership: Serve as a business partner to the Managing Director, providing insight into local operations and supporting decision-making.

Headquarters Reporting and Coordination: Support P&L reporting, management issue sharing, and decision-making for the parent company in Germany and the headquarters in Korea.

Compliance and Risk Management: Supporting local tax compliance and external/internal audits, and strengthen internal controls.

Organizational Optimization: Drive the long-term restructuring and streamlining of the local management organization within the Romanian entity.
