We are looking for a Finance Manager/Plant Controller to join our Finance team in Sibiu. In this role, you will contribute directly to the company's financial performance by ensuring effective financial control, supporting business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key Responsabilities:

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and applicable financial standards.

• Monitor the company's financial performance, analyze costs and profitability, and identify budget deviations and opportunities for improvement.

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and coordinate monthly accounting and analytical closing activities.

• Monitor budget execution for capital expenditures (CAPEX), review investment proposals, and evaluate business cases.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Coordinate external audits and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal departments, Finance teams at headquarters, and Shared Services to ensure efficient and integrated financial operations.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Controller, Plant Controller, or similar finance role.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry.

• Solid knowledge of financial controlling, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

• Good knowledge of SAP.

• Knowledge of taxation and financial accounting legislation.

• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Experience working with Shared Services is an advantage.
