We are recruiting an Accounting & Finance Manager for a growing manufacturing company, seeking someone with strong accounting experience and a hands-on approach to financial management.

The role combines accounting supervision with cash flow management, financial reporting, and the development of internal processes. You will supervise a colleague responsible for invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations, while working closely with management and production teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure accounting records are accurate and compliant with Romanian regulations;

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;

• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings, including SAF-T;

• Monitor liquidity and prepare cash flow forecasts;

• Manage payroll and prepare financial reports and KPIs;

• Maintain relationships with external accountants, tax advisors, banks, and authorities;

• Improve processes, the ERP system, and internal controls.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of accounting experience;

• Experience in a supervisory, financial management, or controlling role;

• Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations, including SAF-T reporting;

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems;

• Advanced English language skills.

Compensation package:

RON 9,000–11,000 net/month

Meal vouchers worth RON 35 per working day

A 13th-month salary, paid in two instalments
