• Semnatura statutara: Verifici si semnezi Situatiile Financiare, asumandu-ti responsabilitatea legala conform legii.
• Leadership financiar: Coordonezi contabilitatea cap-la-cap (conform RAS) si legislatia fiscala locala.
• Raportare si Taxe: Intocmesti si depui declaratiile fiscale (D100, D112, D300, D390, D394, SAF-T, e-Factura, e-Transport).
• Consultanta: Esti partener strategic pentru CFO si management in optimizare fiscala si riscuri.
• Reprezentare: Esti interfata companiei in relatia cu ANAF (controale), auditorii externi si bancile.
