About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of email campaigns from concept to execution, helping us engage, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers. If optimizing subject lines, building automated flows, and analyzing click-through rates excites you—this is your zone.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Create compelling, personalized email content and subject lines
Build and manage automated email flows (e.g., onboarding, re-engagement, promotions)
Segment audiences and maintain clean, targeted email lists
Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance (subject lines, design, content)
Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribes, conversions) and deliver regular performance reports
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements
2+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing
Proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.
Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency in brand voice
Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation
Analytical mindset and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Familiarity with email deliverability, responsive design, and compliance regulations
Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
