Key Skills and Competencies

•Recognised qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
•Relevant EHS experience
•Experience in regulated environments preferred
•Experience with EHS on construction/engineering sites, including client engagement
•Track record supporting or leading audits, investigations, and corrective action processes

Key Responsibilities and Duties

•Support/manage EHS compliance across assigned sites, acting as a point of contact for client EHS teams on Health, Safety, and Environmental matters
•Develop, review, and/or approve Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and other EHS documentation for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
•Participate in or lead scheduled and unscheduled EHS audits, inspections, and incident investigations; support root cause analysis and track corrective/preventive actions to close-out
•Liaise with Project Management teams on EHS matters, supporting the integration of EHS best practice into project planning
•Assist with or deliver EHS training, including inductions and toolbox talks, and support the development of junior EHS staff
•Contribute to EHS performance reporting — collating data, identifying trends and risks, and reporting findings to stakeholders
