Candidate requirements:
- Advanced English level, both verbal and written is mandatory!;
- Great communicational and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
- Ability to work with different categories of people;
- Proficiency with MS Office, phone systems, emails, load boards;
- Logical thinking, memory, analysis and synthesis capacity;
- Experience in working on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Enthusiasm and team player.
Job Description
- Available to work from Monday to Friday 14:00-22:30 (8 hours and 30 min "lunch");
- Negotiate shipment rates with brokers and clients, advocate on behalf of our drivers
- Constantly communicate with drivers and ensure they have all the information they need to deliver the loads safely and on time
- Track the shipments and update brokers on any delays, service failures, or any other issues that may arise
- Successfully handle operations for multiple drivers at once
- Prioritize tasks according to their level of urgency
- Own the entire dispatching process - effectively take charge of ensuring all business objectives are met
- Make sure that all shipment documentation is received and validated within the agreed time frame
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Come up with ideas and suggestions to improve existing processes
- Work well within a team environment and support your colleagues to reach team objectives
