Job Description
🔍 About the Role
- Languages: French (Advanced, B2+) + English (Advanced, B2+)
- Work model: Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days remote – Bucharest)
- Support region: France, Belgium, Others
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday(rotation), 10:30 – 19:30
- Training period: 1 week + a few weeks of onboarding
- Project type: Providing pre-sale and post-sale order support from delivery enquiries to returns and refunds
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Provide support via phone and email to our French-speaking customers
- Assist with order localisations, refunds, returns, warranties, product information
- Support customers on topics like warranties, promotions and discounts, configuration, and general product usage
- Use CRM tools (specifically Amazon Smart Agent) to document, track, and resolve all service inquiries.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
- Stay up to date with the latest products and procedures through training and self-learning
🧐 You’ll Thrive If You Have...
- Fluent French and good English (at least B2), both spoken and written
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer support, preferably in a contact centre/BPO environment
- A knack for problem-solving with technical and logical thinking skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced support environment
- The possibility of working in a hybrid mode
