Job Description

The role
You will be responsible for performing direct-to-consumer support across multiple countries through digital channels, to solve customer’s requests and support business operations.
This role operates in a cross-border, multicultural environment and supports also promo//post-purchase assistance and complaint resolution.
Process and resolve digital inquiries received through social media, e-mail, web forms or other internal systems.
Provide product guidance, setup support, activation assistance, and usage troubleshooting.
Handle standard complaint resolution within approved procedures.
Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Own cases end-to-end until resolution or formal escalation.
Perform advanced troubleshooting using internal tools and knowledge base.
Coordinate internally with technical or back office teams.
Handle follow-up actions until final customer confirmation.
Ensure escalations include complete documentation and clear case summary.

Essential Requirements:
Advanced English - written and spoken
Customer experience mindset with demonstrated empathy


This is a work from office position in Bucharest.
