About the Role
We are looking for Customer Service Office with advanced French skills who can provide support to clients by phone and email in a professional, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented manner. What we are looking for
  • French language mandatory - proficient level (C1)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / Call Center activities is nice to have
  • English language - advanced level (B2)
  • Strong communication and customer‑relation skills
  • Solution‑oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle dynamic volumes of activity
  • Attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures
  • Ability to work with deadlines and openness to learn new things

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer requests (by phone and in writing) in French
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions
  • Maintain a professional and customer‑oriented approach in all interactions
  • Comply with established quality standards and security/confidentiality policies (GDPR)
  • Use work tools and applications accurately in daily activity
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customers’ experience
