The Customer Care & Collections Team Leader will oversee daily operations, lead and develop teams, optimize processes, and ensure service excellence across customer support and collections activities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance people management, operational performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
