- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Solid SAP knowledge (order management, pricing, reporting);
- Good understanding of sales processes, contract management, and logistics flow;

- Previous experience in a similar role represents an advantage;
Job Description
- Prepare commercial offers and respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation);
- Verify and update contractual, commercial, and logistical data in internal systems;
- Support pricing calculations in line with internal guidelines and commercial policies;
- Process and confirm sales orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Manage operational communication with customers regarding clarifications, updates, and requests;
- Use and maintain data within internal tools and platforms (SAP, Microsoft Lists, client platforms, etc.);
- Follow internal procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements;
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
