Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Engraining the Continuous Improvement mentality across the plant via consistent and clear messaging and guidance

• Managing all relevant stakeholders & built valued relationships in order to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support achievement of exceptional results

• Being responsible for the alignment of continuous improvement process

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Continuous Improvement

• A bachelor and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management/Industrial Management.

• Knowledge and expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean 6sigma, TPM, TPS),

• Project management skills

• Resilience to work through challenges

• Advanced business writing skills in English

• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
