Ideal Candidate
- University degree - engineering, economics is an advantage;
- Experience in processes, manufacturing, continuous improvement;
- Knowledge and experience of LEAN & Six Sigma principles (Gemba Walk, 5S, VSM, SMED);
- LEAN-GBSS certification is an advantage;
- Knowledge of operating systems: Excel, SAP;
- Experience in Digital Data Technologies systems: data collection, tracking, analysis-interpretation;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Leadership experience: communication, collaboration, training-consulting, coaching at management level;
- Cross-functional experience e.g. Process, Quality, Procurement, Logistics is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
Job Description
- Promotes the improvement process, based on LEAN methods and tools;Identifies improvement opportunities;
- Identify improvement opportunities in Gemba, document projects, carry out 5S, Kaizen, Gemba Walk, give consulting, training and systematically monitor results;
- Participate and perform improvement activities, both as moderator, Team Member and Project Manager;
- Analyze and evaluate the results of improvement actions and projects in order to create Best Practice;
- Provides support and works closely with Project Managers on project documentation;
- Communicates and collaborates with both the company's operational teams (operations, quality and logistics) and other functions;
- Supports Benchmark with other teams within the Marquardt Group as well as external partners;
- Promotes and supports internal MOS (Marquardt Operating Systems) and the development of best practices;
