About the Role

We are looking for a P2P Consultant to join our growing Finance Managed Services team and support clients in optimizing, transforming, and stabilizing their Procure-to-Pay processes. The role combines process expertise, operational delivery, transformation support, and stakeholder management, helping organizations improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance supplier experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong P2P knowledge, a continuous improvement mind-set, and fluency in French or German to support multinational clients and shared service environments.

Key Responsibilities

P2P Process Improvement & Delivery

• Support and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including Vendor Master Data, Purchasing, Invoice Processing, Payments, T&E, and Vendor Reconciliations.

• Identify process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities.

• Analyze operational performance and recommend efficiency enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to controls, policies, and compliance requirements.

Transition & Transformation Support

• Support finance transitions, migrations, and managed services mobilizations.

• Participate in knowledge transfer, process mapping, SOP documentation, and process walkthroughs.

• Assist with testing, stabilization, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.

• Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with procurement, finance, shared service, and business stakeholders.

• Facilitate process discussions, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.

• Support client reporting, KPI tracking, and management presentations.

• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Digital Enablement

• Support the implementation of ERP, procurement, workflow, and automation solutions.

• Contribute to analytics, reporting, invoice automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Help identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve P2P performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Finance Transformation.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and controls.

• Experience in SSC, GBS, BPO, Managed Services, or Consulting environments is preferred.

• Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Coupa, or Ariba.

• Fluency in French or German and professional English.

• Experience with process improvement, migration, or transformation projects is an advantage.
