Moving People is looking for a Recruitment Assistant based in Cluj-Napoca to support a Senior Consultant in managing and qualifying incoming leads.
This role is focused on daily outbound calls to healthcare professionals who have shown interest in working abroad (Belgium / France), with the objective of qualifying candidates and supporting the recruitment pipeline.
The position is designed as an entry point into recruitment, with a clear evolution path toward a Recruitment Consultant role within a maximum of 18 months.

- Based in Cluj-Napoca (mandatory)
- Fluent in Romanian; good level of English required; French is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with phone-based work (high volume of calls)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, or recruitment is a strong advantageMotivated to grow into a Recruitment Consultant role

Job Description

- Conduct daily calls to leads provided by Moving People
- Qualify candidates based on predefined criteria (profile, motivation, availability, eligibility)
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the system
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement
- Support the Senior Consultant in managing and organising the recruitment pipeline
- Identify high-potential candidates and escalate them to the consultant
- Maintain a structured and consistent contact rhythm with leads
