We are looking for a Construction Project Cost Controller to monitor project costs, track materials and invoices, and prepare monthly cost and profitability reports. The role involves close collaboration with site and office teams to ensure accurate financial control of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
Requirements
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Allocate all supplier, labour, and subcontractor invoices to the correct project.
- Track materials purchased, delivered, consumed, and remaining in stock.
- Maintain project inventory records and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor labour and subcontractor costs by project.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and profitability analyses.
- Assist in preparing the monthly Situație de Lucrări (Work Progress Statement).
- Verify that project costs match completed work before invoicing.
- Collect and organize all project documentation required by the accounting department.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, warehouse, and accounting teams.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, inventory, and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost control, project accounting, quantity surveying, or site administration.
- Good understanding of construction materials, inventory management, and project cost tracking.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both site and office teams.
- Romanian and English required.
- Experience preparing cost reports and monitoring project profitability is preferred
- The schedule can be either full-time or part-time
- This is a hybrid position, with work performed both remotely (from home) and from the office.
