Job Description
- Implementation and monitoring of compliance projects – you will coordinate and track the implementation of projects related to customer compliance requirements across the entire company, ensuring alignment across all departments;
- Compliance data management – you will update and maintain compliance databases and information on customer portals/systems, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-date information;
- Periodic reporting – you will prepare compliance reports according to each customer's requirements and submit them within established deadlines;
- Customer relations – you will provide support and assistance to customers, maintaining effective communication and strengthening partnership relationships;
- Regular internal audits – you will organize periodic internal audits to verify and validate the full implementation of customer compliance requirements;
