Ideal Candidate
Academic Degree in Business Administration, Law or comparable education;
At least 5 years of proven professional experience (mandatory);
Professional experience in the field of Compliance in an international context;
Expertise in relevant local anti-corruption and data protection laws (mandatory);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Additional language skills preferred;

Job Description
The position is based in Timisoara and on site.
Main responsibilities are:
- Provide advice within the compliance core areas
- Give practical guidance on regulatory developments affecting business operations in regional context.
- Act as contact point, provide operational support and advise managers and staff of the companies in scope on compliance and data practices internally and in connection with risk situations
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for various groups of employees
- Support communication and awareness of compliance topics across the organization.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates across EMEA and other regions.
- Identify and assess potential areas of compliance risk.
- Work with Business Management to avoid compliance failures and keep leaders informed about relevant changes.
- Support implementation and localization of AUMOVIO’s Compliance Management System in EMEA
- Ensure consistency of compliance measures across countries and adapt to local requirements.
