Job Description
- Manage technical support tickets from start to finish, both internally and external.
- Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.
- Understand and document the customer's requirements, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
- The daily tasks include providing phone and web support for a variety of clients, troubleshoot application Issues.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
