Ideal Candidate
• relevant experience in a Chief Accountant / Senior Accounting Manager role
• strong accounting background (not exclusively controlling)
• CECCAR certification – mandatory
• knowledge of IFRS reporting
• good level of English for interaction with the international group
• experience with an ERP system such as Charisma is considered an advantage
📍 Location: Bucharest, Grivita area

Job Description
• coordinating the accounting team (5–6 people)
• supervising month-end closings and periodic financial reporting
• ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax legislation
• involvement in IFRS reporting processes to the group
• reviewing and improving accounting operational flows
• collaborating with local management and international finance teams
