Ideal Candidate
CAPEX & Asset Accountant – in Iasi, on-site (with limited travel to Belgium and the United States).
In this role, you will support the tracking, accounting, and reporting of company investments (CAPEX) and fixed assets.
You will work with finance teams across different locations to help ensure that investment-related data is accurate and properly recorded.

Job Description
- Track CAPEX projects and related invoices
- Support the monitoring of budgets vs actual spending
- Prepare monthly reports and follow-up files
Support asset accounting activities:
- Asset creation
- Depreciation
- Transfers
- Disposals
Maintain and update finance files and system data
Help ensure proper approvals and documentation are in place
Work closely with local finance teams and SSC colleagues
Experience
- Experience in accounting, finance, or junior controlling is a plus
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Recent graduates with strong motivation are also welcome
- SAP S/4HANA WBS/Assets experience is a plus, but not a must
Technical skills
- Good Excel knowledge
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have (but not mandatory)
- SAP or ERP knowledge
- Understanding of fixed assets / CAPEX
- Experience in an SSC environment

Education & Languages
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting or equivalent through experience
