We are looking for a Buyer / Procurement Specialist to join our team in the construction industry.

This role is suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience in procurement, but we also welcome construction graduates who are eager to build a career in procurement.

Responsibilities:

Identify and contact suppliers for materials and services required in projects
Prepare and send Request for Quotations (RFQs) and compare received offers
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers
Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries until completion
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise
Create comparative tables and basic procurement reports
Monitor the market to identify better sourcing opportunities

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in procurement (construction industry is a plus)
OR degree in Construction/Engineering with interest in procurement
Advanced English level (mandatory)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
Good organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00
1-hour lunch break
