At STIHL Romania, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help us identify new growth opportunities, strengthen our market position, and drive strategic transformation across our business.
You will work directly with senior leadership, influence key commercial decisions, lead cross-functional projects, and help shape the future development of one of the world's most respected premium brands.

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Strategic Planning, or a similar commercial role
✔ Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution
✔ Enjoys turning data into business opportunities
✔ Can influence stakeholders and drive change across functions
✔ Is analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities and routes-to-market
✅ Lead commercial excellence initiatives and performance improvement projects

✅ Drive strategic growth projects with measurable business impact
