For one of our clients, an international direct marketing company with globally recognized products, we are looking for a Brand Representative with Spanish who can bring brands to life, engage audiences, and deliver impactful experiences across markets.

● Excellent command of Spanish, English;
● Experience in managing online communities or interacting with customers via social media; basic knowledge of copywriting and social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus;
● Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and strategies in social media marketing.

● Build, grow, and manage the online community on social media, including engaging with current followers and attracting new ones;
● Moderate discussions and develop strategies to enhance community interaction and satisfaction;
● Interact with customers and affiliates on social media to understand their needs and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally;
● Monitor and report community feedback, trends, and insights;
● Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for our online shops;
● Conduct regular research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors;
● Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with affiliates who promote our brands on social media;
Monitor affiliate performance and provide feedback and optimization suggestions;
● Plan, create, and manage social media ads, as well as post and edit videos when time allows;
● Identify engaging marketing ideas and contribute to shaping the marketing message;
● Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.
