We want you to have:

• Completed economic studies (accounting field);
• Medium English language knowledge;
• Experience in bookkeeping at least 3 years;
• Romanian accounting legislation and taxes knowledge;
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision in particular will be an advantage).

• the activity takes place at the company's headquarters in Bucharest, sector 6, not in a hybrid system or work from home

Accountancy and fiscal issues:

• Collecting invoices and checking documentation, financial control of accounting documentation before register in accounting system.
• Register of accounting documents according to Romanian legislation for a limited liability company. Ensuring correctness and accuracy of data entering in the accounting system.
• Providing data for taxes calculation.
• Preparing of different reports/analyses requested by direct superior and director.
• Keeping and posting travel expenses records and documents.
• Accounting of salaries and other remunerations according to Romanian legislation.
• Participating in the annual inventory of assets and liabilities.
• Posting fixed assets, providing tasks in connection with material and cash.
• Keeping the records and document archives.
• Cooperation with other departments in the company.
• Carry out tasks and duties in compliance with regulations in the fields of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and fire safety
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior and consistent with employee’s qualifications and needs of the work process.
