Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the business of partners and sales team in the region to performance;
- Organize weekly, monthly activities and duties of sales team and partners;
- Hunt new business opportunities in the region of responsibility;
- manage current partners structure and sales team(reporting, motivation, training);
- Establish relationships development with new partners, customers, etc.
- Creates and send periodic reports, regarding the activity of the competitors in the coverage area, to the supervisor;
- Establish performance targets and evaluation criteria; participate in the evaluation of the annual;
- Responsible for cash collection from partners;
- Implement business initiatives from the national sales manager;
- Responsible to bring new initiatives and plans to develop business in the region.
