Job Description
Menține infrastructura în stare operațională, în conformitate cu OLA/SLA-urile.
Ofera suport clientilor interni pentru teme de hardware si software (ticketing)
Monitorizează și urmărește performanța sistemelor companiei în raport cu acordurile de nivel de servicii (SLA) negociate.
Comunică către Managerul IT îmbunătățirile, actualizările și gestionarea produselor la final de ciclu de viață (obsolescence management).
Asigură suport 24/7, în funcție de nevoile companiei și prin utilizarea programării automate și a monitorizării la distanță.
Realizează procesele de suport bazate pe ITIL, care includ gestionarea incidentelor, problemelor, modificărilor, configurațiilor și evenimentelor.
Analizează mesajele din consolă, diagnostichează defecțiunile sistemului și ia măsuri corective pentru a asigura continuitatea operațiunilor, escaladând către alte echipe tehnice și furnizori, dacă este necesar.
Supervizează procesarea backup-urilor de sistem și coordonează testele de recuperare în caz de dezastru.
Identifică și implementează tehnologii și procese care îmbunătățesc fiabilitatea, eficiența și disponibilitatea mediului sistemelor.
