We are looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about communication, highly organized, and experienced in event planning. If you are used to acting as the link between clients and suppliers, know how to write a press release that gets media attention, and are not intimidated by the fast-paced dynamics behind a live event, we want you on our team!
The Account Executive will manage the agency’s day-to-day client relationships, coordinate PR and communication campaigns, and implement the operational component of events, including corporate events, brand launches, press conferences, galas, and more. The role involves making sure all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Client Service & Account Management:
• Maintaining daily communication with clients in the portfolio, receiving briefs, and reporting on project status.
• Understanding the client’s business objectives and translating them into tactics and solutions for events.
Event Planning & Management:
• Coordinating event logistics from A to Z: venue selection, catering, transport, technical production such as sound, lighting and video, décor, and promotional materials.
• Negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers and contractual partners.
• Being present on-site at events to coordinate the team, guest flow, and journalists.
• Closely monitoring and managing the allocated project budgets.
Public Relations & Media Relations:
• Writing press materials, including press releases, pitches, event invitations, and advertorial articles.
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with relevant journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Monitoring media coverage and preparing post-campaign evaluation reports, including PR value and reach.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a PR/communications agency or event planning company, in a similar role.
Education:
• University degree, preferably in Journalism, Communication and Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent knowledge of the Romanian media market and influencer marketing landscape.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice in Romanian, with impeccable grammar, and in English at an advanced level.
• Solid understanding of event logistics, including run of show, technical riders, and audience flow management.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel without losing sight of the details.
• Stress resilience and flexibility, including availability for extended hours on event days.
• Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to adapt quickly in unexpected situations.
