Action offers good quality products at the lowest prices, welcoming millions of customers to our stores every day.

We started with a small store in 1993, in Enkhuizen, the Netherlands. Since then, we've grown to more than 3,000 stores across Europe, visited every week by an average of 20.2 million customers. Our stores offer a constantly changing selection of 6,000 products across 14 different categories –products that are good quality and increasingly sustainable. We have approximately 80,000 Action colleagues from 166 nationalities in 14 countries – all working hard to offer our customers products that make daily life easier and more enjoyable.

We are expanding the Action team in Romania to drive our local growth and development. We are now looking for talented and energetic colleagues to join us on this exciting journey and to be part of the Romanian success story.
