✅ What We Are Looking For
Language Skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of Irish is vital in order to support communication with client
Core Competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- The ability to speak and support communication in Irish is highly valued, but not a must
- Experience in banking operations, back office, or administrative roles
