Job Purpose

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse in Oradea. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory and SAP transactions, support and train the warehouse team.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily warehouse activities;

• Ensure smooth inbound, storage, internal logistics, picking, packing, and shipping operations;

• Process and verify warehouse transactions in SAP (EWM/IM) and ensure inventory accuracy;

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and process-related issues;

• Act as a SAP key user, providing guidance and support to warehouse colleagues;

• Train and support new employees on warehouse processes, systems, work instructions, and safety requirements;

• Support cycle counting and physical inventory activities;

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Transportation, and Customer Service;

• Act as backup for the Head of Warehousing when required;

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy;

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Who You Are

• You have good knowledge of warehouse and internal logistics processes;

• You understand receiving, inventory management, material handling, picking, packing, and shipping activities;

• You have solid SAP knowledge, ideally including EWM/IM;

• You are organized, accurate, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment;

• You have good communication and problem-solving skills;

• You are confident in training and supporting colleagues;

• You take ownership of your responsibilities and lead by example when it comes to safety, quality, and process compliance.
