• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC).
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, transportation or similar industrial sectors.
• 1 to 2 years of experience leading small teams of 2-3 employees.
• Experience supporting international operations and multiple countries.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of invoice workflow solutions such as SAP VIM and OCR tools.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Strong ownership and service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.

• English: Professional / Fluent level (mandatory).
• Spanish knowledge will be an asset.

• Coordinate and supervise daily P2P and Accounts Payable operations.
• Monitor workloads, backlogs, KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and process quality.
• Manage escalations, supplier issues and operational challenges.
• Support invoice processing, payment cycles and approval workflows.
• Coach, onboard and develop team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Purchasing stakeholders.
• Work closely with international business units and stakeholders outside Romania.
