ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, one of Europe's largest online retailers, for the role of Operative Procurement (Indirect) Specialist.

• Execute finance transactions within the Purchase-to-Order (P2O) process autonomously, accurately, and in a timely manner.

• Deliver high-quality financial operational processes by following defined procedures.

• Resolve operational issues in your area of responsibility, seeking guidance for high-complexity/high-impact topics from your lead.

• Take ownership of your tasks and follow up until completion.

• Act in a service-oriented manner, putting the customer at the center of your actions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Communicate clearly, inclusively, and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, and team members.

Skills and Qualifications needed:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in an Operative Procurement set-up or similar operational finance role.

• Process: Very good Operative Procurement process understanding; knowledge of continuous improvement concepts is a plus.

• Tech: Good understanding of underlying ERP and related systems (e.g., Coupa, S/4 Hana).

• Analysis/Reporting: Ability to analyze data and report on KPIs to support recommendations.

• Language: Proficient English (C1). German is a plus.

• Other: Accountable, detail-oriented, solution-oriented mindset, and a reliable team player.
