Role Objective:

BIOFARM is expanding its Production Planning team and is looking for a Master Planner to support the development and optimization of medium- and long-term production plans, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, inventory levels, material availability and production capacity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

• Solid knowledge of medium- and long-term production planning and capacity management

• Advanced English, both written and spoken

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis)

• Experience working with ERP systems (Infor LN, SAP or similar)

• Ability to analyze demand forecasts and align them with inventory levels, orders and production capacity

• Good understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, Supply Chain Management principles and production planning KPIs

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and update the 12-month rolling production plan on a monthly basis, considering demand forecasts, inventory trends and available production capacity

• Analyze demand and inventory levels, proactively identifying potential stockout and overstock risks

• Assess production capacity across manufacturing and packaging operations, identify capacity constraints and recommend adjustments to production plans

• Evaluate the impact of demand forecast changes on production plans and propose optimization measures

• Prepare planning data and analyses to support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

• Collaborate with the Procurement team to identify material availability constraints and potential lead-time issues

• Recommend production priorities based on inventory requirements, stock coverage and operational risks

• Monitor adherence to production plans, analyze deviations and contribute to the development of corrective actions

• Collaborate with the Quality department to prioritize finished product release based on inventory levels and business needs
