For our client, a prestigious multinational leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Logistics Issue Resolution Specialist (with German) to join the Market Support Distribution Team based in Bucharest. The role is offered on a temporary 1 year contract. You will play a key role in supporting worldwide distribution operations, ensuring the optimum supply and delivery flow of passenger vehicles to international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and process prioritization requests for delayed vehicle units across the distribution chain.

• Manage the prioritization workflows for blocked orders undergoing technical rework operations.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for wrongly routed vehicles.

• Maintain the overall fluidity of the distribution process by implementing required actions to unblock and ensure timely loading and dispatch of vehicles.

• Oversee and adhere to market-specific internal regulations, operational deadlines, and produced order timelines.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• High proficiency in written and spoken German and English.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced/very good Excel skills.

• Strong analytical mindset, organized and structured working style.

• Keen attention to detail and proven ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
