We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our in-house Legal team in Romania. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the business on day-to-day legal matters. Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is not required – we are looking for strong legal fundamentals, a practical mindset and someone who wants to learn the business.

What you will do:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and carriers;

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the business;

• Support corporate governance matters and draft company documentation related to company changes, shareholders, PoA;

• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions;

• Ensure legal compliance and keep the organization informed of legislative and regulatory changes impacting the business;

• Maintain accurate records of legal cases, claims and contractual documentation;

• Prepare legal notices, requests, actions and other legal documents within statutory deadlines;

• Work with internal stakeholders, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and Management;

• Handle various ad hoc legal matters arising from the business.

What we are looking for:

Mandatory requirements:

• Law degree;

• Around 5 years of relevant legal experience;

• Solid experience with commercial contracts;

• Good knowledge of Romanian civil and commercial law;

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken;

• Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage priorities;

• A practical, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Nice to have requirements:

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Experience in logistics, transport or freight forwarding;

• Cargo claims management or dispute management, including out-of-court settlements;

• GDPR / data protection;
