• University degree in Economic Studies, Accounting, Finance or similar certifications

• 2+ years work experience in similar duties

• Romanian - native

• English - B1 level (intermediate) will be an advantage

About the Position

The objective of the position is to provide support to the business by supporting the Sales & Operational departments in their daily activities. This includes supporting departments with back-end tasks, ensuring that they are able to execute initiatives effectively within their given areas.

The main areas of focus will consist of:

• Sales & Operations support

• Customer service and spare parts support

• Financial & controlling supportYou will be required to interface with various stakeholders both internally with different departments as well as some externally.

The main duties of the position include:

• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

• Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic document

• Provide support concerning IFS system and updates

• Managing, invoicing, dispatching, and ordering spare parts

• Control parts payables and receivables

• Invoicing and managing payables and receivables, externally and internally

• Communication and reporting with outsourced accounting partner and finance department at HQs, monthly quarterly and annually

• Ensure you take reasonable care for your own health and safety

• Ensure you take reasonable care that your actions or inactions do not adversely affect the health and safety of others

• Ensure all incidents and hazards at work are reported accurately and in a timely manner

• Follow TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines

• Comply with lawful instructions provided by your Manager or Supervisor
