As our Jewellery Acquisition team continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Jewellery Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pitești, Argeș, and contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations.

In this role, you will support product reception and verification, inventory accuracy, some data management and documentation, helping ensure that every product is handled with precision and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English language skills.

• Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with operational documentation, including supplier invoices, contracts, goods receipt notes, delivery notes, and other related documents.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, combined with organizational abilities.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, priorities activities, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• A proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented approach, with initiative and a willingness to contribute to team objectives.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide operational support to the Jewellery Acquisition team, focusing on product reception, data management, document verification, inventory accuracy, and product labelling.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation and allocation of jewellery and other products for new store openings.

• Identifying and reconciling discrepancies between physically received quantities and those recorded in internal systems.

• Consolidating and reporting information regarding missing, damaged, or non-compliant products.

• Participating in physical stocktaking activities, including:

  • Physically counting jewellery and other products.

  • Verifying product codes, labels, quantities, and specifications against documentation and internal system records.

  • Identifying and reporting discrepancies between physical stock and recorded inventory.

• Participating in the physical receipt and verification of jewellery.

• Identifying and validating products and ensuring they are labelled in accordance with internal procedures.

• Supporting the team in coordinating daily operational activities and adapting to evolving business needs.

• Providing ongoing operational and administrative support to the Jewellery Acquisition team, helping maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.
