Desirable
• Experience with ISO management systems and certification audits.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification.
Job Description
You will manage and develop the GRC team while partnering with stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance supports operational excellence and business growth.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Lead governance, risk and compliance activities across the organisation.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulations and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reporting and recommendations for senior management.
Audit & Assurance
• Manage the internal audit programme.
• Oversee audit findings, corrective actions and assurance activities.
• Support external audits and certification reviews.
Information Governance & GDPR
• Support the organisation's information governance and data protection framework.
• Oversee DPIAs, compliance assessments and GDPR activities.
• Support the investigation and resolution of data protection incidents.
Supplier & Client Assurance
• Manage supplier due diligence and assurance activities.
• Lead responses to client audits, questionnaires and compliance requests.
Leadership
• Manage, coach and develop the GRC team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, compliance and continuous improvement.
