GEMINOX is looking for an energy storage technical expert to provide technical support for its residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage business in Romania. This role will serve as a key technical bridge between GEMINOX and local customers, engineering teams, and technical partners, covering product strategy, technical engagement, market research, customer technical consulting, and project coordination. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background in the energy storage industry, fluent English, and willingness to travel within Romania.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead product strategy and technical engagement for GEMINOX’s energy storage product line (including residential energy storage and commercial & industrial energy storage) in the Romanian market.

2. Conduct product planning and market research; analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and product performance to support product selection decisions.

3. Provide expert technical consulting to GEMINOX internal teams and customers; clearly communicate product advantages through technical presentations; support projects with market insights, technical guidance, and solution optimization.

4. Oversee project negotiation and contracting, and manage after-sales support, technical training, troubleshooting, and customer communication.

5. Coordinate daily collaboration between the GEMINOX team and local engineering and technical teams, allocate project resources effectively, and promote efficient cooperation and communication between GEMINOX and local technical partners.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of technical experience in the energy storage industry; familiar with residential energy storage and/or commercial & industrial energy storage system architecture, product selection, solution design, commissioning and O&M, and troubleshooting.

2. Fluent English, able to use English as a working language; strong technical presentation, customer communication, and documentation skills.

3. Able to travel, primarily within Romania.

4. Experience in market research, competitive analysis, technical support, and project coordination is preferred.

5. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
