The role reports to Development Manager and supports product development projects from concept through production, including prototype and test tire development, plant trials, process optimization, technical reporting, and quality validation. Working closely with cross-functional teams in R&D and manufacturing, the Development Engineer contributes to innovation, continuous improvement, and the successful implementation of new products and technologies

Duties:

• Development of new innovative tire structures.

• Supervise output series and development projects test tires in production.

• Plant scale trials of named components for test tires and production development.

• Developing test series production process.

• Provide testing results and all necessary reports as required.

• Quality control and achievement of agreed quality objectives.

• Increase knowledge about tire structures, tire manufacturing, and quality.

• TBM recipes for production and production series, maintaining the recipe library.

• Managing component drawings.

• Other duties assigned.
