We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who speaks Spanish and English to join our team in Brasov.

No previous experience is required, as training will be provided. We are looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to details and is willing to learn.

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written Spanish and English

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 3:00 PM and 6:00 AM

• Availability to work from our office in Brașov

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions over the phone

• Help customers with general inquiries and product-related issues

• Provide support and basic troubleshooting

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Keep records of customer interactions and complaints
