KEBA Automation, located in Bucharest is a subsidiary company of KEBA AG Austria. We are searching for one Customer Solutions for Automated Systems– eMobility, Logistics, Banking, for an on-site / office job.

Job responsibilities:

- Analyze customer request for new functionalities and configurations, acting as consultant for the customer

- Evaluate new technologies and solutions on the market in order to improve current running projects

- Analyze advanced client issues, identifying options (services or configurations) so solve and deliver a solution to the customer

- Hands-On evaluation (PoC) of the identified solution that resolves a customer request

- Cross-Functional collaboration with sales, product and technical teams
- Keep track of the activities using internal IM and document sharing tools

- Learn specific Automation technology and supporting applications

Job requirements:

- Technical University, Electric or Electronics

- Demonstrated track records of similar projects/roles

- Electric and Electronics knowledge base for e-mobility, medium level

- Experience with IM (incident management) and document sharing tools

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and client applications, medium level
- Technical background for automated systems, e-mobility is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good English language knowledge
- You should be able to work autonomously
